• Full or partial payment may be required to confirm bookings.

• Accepted payment methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and cash. Extra transaction charges may be applicable depending on the mode of payment.

 

8. In Case of Medicine Purchases

Orders and Acceptance

• Order Confirmation: "All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion".

• For consultations, cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee depending on the time of cancellation.

• For treatments, cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee depending on the type of treatments.

• Refunds will not be available in case the patient does not arrive on the time of the appointment/treatment commencement.
